This villa is in Albalat de Tarongers, very near Gilet and Sagunto. It is 30 minutes from Valencia city, and 15 from the beach.. . It always surprises me how many of these 2-in-1 properties there are. What are the benefits? Separation obviously. This place has 2 independent living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. . . So what are the possibilities? Well the upstairs is slightly bigger, it has 4 bedrooms and the best views of course, so that will be for you. . . Now downstairs – the guest area? For when the in-laws come over? Especially your odd brother-in-law who thinks he’s a bitcoin expert because he bought 25 dollars last year and its now worth 87.. . Or maybe for the kids? They’re pretty old now, they’ll be alright down there. There’s a full kitchen, they’ll eventually work out how the cooker works when they get hungry enough. Anyway, there is loads of space outside as well so no matter who is downstairs there is plenty of room for everyone.
