The double-glazed windows do an excellent job of blocking out the noise below and the fact you have a low-rise school in front of you means plenty of direct sunlight all day. A small balcony at the front and a bigger one at the back which is accessible from both bedrooms mean you can spend a good chunk of your day soaking up/avoiding the sun. What is harder to notice is the small bits and pieces that have been done to improve the apartment. The walls have had a few inches added to them so no noisy neighbours for you and obviously that means savings on your utility bills on account of all this energy-efficient work. . . Overall, this is one of the nicest apartments we have seen in quite a while in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in all of Valencia. Considering there are apartments in the area that are half the size and selling for not much less means this is one that should be seen asap. It won’t be around for long.
