The old adage of you get more your money when you look further out is certainly true here, this enormous apartment is incredible value when you look at price per M2 and its also nice and high up on the 6th floor in a good building on one of the nicest avenues in Torrente, take a short walk to the station and its just 15 minutes from Valencia on the excellent Metro transport system. . . Wiki tells me that “Torrente was founded in 1248, ten years after the Conquest of Valencia by James I”. . Maybe he needed a bigger place aswell.
