Not in the mood for a remote renovation project, just a key-ready one? Nice, easy and everything new? Apart from new construction, this is often not the reality in the center of Valencia. We are often dealing with older apartments here. Spanish owners care less about this because their daily life largely takes place outside on the terraces.
Instead of focusing on new, sleek apartments, we often advise you to focus on the right location. Better an apartment in the right location that can still be renovated than a sleek apartment in the wrong neighbourhood.
You will also see that the scope is suddenly a lot larger. There are simply few modern, sleek apartments for sale in Valencia City. But again, don’t worry. We are happy to help you with a renovation in Valencia city or region.
Therefore, our experience is that there is always something to be rebuilt or renovated in Valencia. Sometimes it is only a kitchen or bathroom, but also complete renovations where only the outer walls remain. This includes replacing electricity, removing walls, air-conditioning etc.
